Re:  Letter of Reference for Ian Day

To whom it may concern:

In October of 1995 the owner of The King George Restaurant & Pub decided to add a brewery to our existing operation and gave me the task of locating the equipment that was needed.  After several months of extensive research we had almost decided that such a venture was not possible given our limited budget, resources and experience.

In January of 1996, we had the good fortune to come into contact with Ian Day of North American Brewing Services.  Ian suggested a plan in order to add on the brewery to our restaurant.  We found Ian to be knowledgeable, realistic, honest and well-connected in the brewing industry, all qualities that in our situation we needed.

At the start of the venture, Ian promised us a workable and attractive brewery that was capable of brewing fine quality beers as well as providing comprehensive training for our brewery employees.  We feel that Ian delivered all that he promised in a timely and professional manner and that he is genuinely interested in the continued success of The King George Restaurant and Riverwalk Brewery.

When the time comes to open additional facilities or expand on our existing operation the first person we will contact for assistance will be Ian Day.  It was truly a pleasure working with him and we look forward to his continuing advice and help in our existing venture and any future operations.
