c/w automated refrigeration control and having pressure/vacuum safety devices set to relieve automatically at 1 BAR & each equipped with CIP sprayballs;

Copper Brew Kettle with a capacity of 160 litres (42.27 U.S. Gal) steam-fired;

Stainless Steel “tilting” combination Mash/Lauter Tun having a 55 litre capacity (14.5 U.S. Gal.) for full-grain production,
also heated and having a false bottom for wort run-off utilizing hot water sparging;

Stainless Steel Cabinet containing refrigeration system,
all solenoid and control valves;

PLC which prompts brewing operations and Push Buttons located in the face of the cabinet door;

One (1) stainless steel centrifugal process pump.

Also included with this skid-mount system is a 4 Hp gas-fired steam boiler by Weil-McLean
c/w condensate pump and tank;
low level cutt-off valve;
McDonald-Miller 42 controller and back flow preventer and
Vicarb Stainless Steel Plate Heat Exchanger.

brew kettle has been designed to act as a whirlpool tank so the wort is made to spin in the kettle prior to casting to minimize trub and hops carryover.

This 5’ X 9’ skid mount system (by itself with equipment as detailed, is capable of producing approx. 2,000 U.S. Gallons (7570 litres) of premium beer per year.
