30 BBL DME Brewhouse

Including:

H. One 67hp low pressure (15 PSI) Rite Boiler and related water feed system. It was completely serviced recently and is in very good condition. It provides enough steam to run the kettle, make hot liquor, make hot water for our tank CIP system, and supply live steam to our keg line for sanitizing.

I. 30bbl Kettle- complete with steam leaks- you don't need to right away but maybe you want to replace it, DME has drawings for it and quoted us $27K a year ago. The original owner did not properly treat their boiler water and so some corrosion developed inside the steam jacketing. That results in the spot-weld points developing pinhole leaks which grow over time. We have welded small patches over those spots and that can easily continue. But again, it is currently knocking out eight brews every day of the week and has done that for the last 10 months or so.

It is a c. 1996 DME built all-stainless 30bbl brewhouse from silo boot to wort knock-out.

We can do 33 barrels of a 17 plato wort, and we make 16 barrels of 24 plato wort with it.

It is running 8 thirty-three barrel brews per day 24 hours per day 7 days per week- right now.
