Capacity: 15 keg/hour

Filling program:

1. Fitting
   1. Turn off ball valves (I), (II) and (III)
   2. Connect CO2 and beer lines
   3. Connect filling head to keg
   4. Open ball valve (I) until correct CO2 counter pressure shows on pressure gauge.
   5. Close ball valve (I)
2. Counter Pressure The relief valve controls the counter pressure during filling. Once initially adjusted, spindle must be locked with nut provided on the adjuster. When keg filling commences, the spring loaded vent valve must be depressed momentarily to re-activate the ball non-return valve.
3. Filling
   1. open ball valve (III) (Beer supply)
   2. Open ball valve (II) (CO2 relief) – CO2 vents until non-retourn valve closes.
   3. Keg is now full
   4. Turn off ball valves (II) and (III).
4. Cleaning

The manual filling head must be removed from the keg and all parts cleaned each day.
