Cleaning and filling program
The keg is placed on the feeding table with the fitting facing down.
Start the cleaning program with "two hand operation".
Cleaning:
Keg down pressure and coupling
Draining residues into sewer with sterile air
Keg rinsing with water into sewer
Draining with sterile air into sewer
Keg rinsing cycle with caustic solution
Lance rinsing with caustic solution
Expulsion with sterile air into sewer
Keg rinsing with water into sewer
Lance rinsing with water
Expulsion with sterile air
Rinsing with steam
Building up steam pressure (low pressure)
After it has been cleaned, the keg is pushed onto the filling head.
Start the filling program with "two-hand operation".
