Automatic external cleaning system : Type Rotomat

The external cleaning system is equipped with a keg centering and rinsing unit made of 1.4301 stainless steel.
Pneumatically-operated inlet and outlet doors prevent splash water from escaping from the cabinet.
The sturdy base frame made of 1.4301 molded pipe has four adjustable feet that can be adapted to the floor level.
The overhead stainless steel control cabinet with control elements contains the RAM-programmed Siemens Simatic S7-300 controls and the pneumatic valves.
The external cleaning tank (capacity: 200l) is equipped with a label collecting basket.
A stainless steel centrifugal pump is used to clean the bottom of the keg and another pump to clean the keg walls.

The keg walls are thoroughly cleaned with a rotating brush and water jets.
The keg is placed on a rotating unit and the entire outer surface of the keg cleaned with a rotating brush.
A high-pressure unit with a rotating jet makes it possible to remove the labels.
The external cleaning tank contains a full discharge via a DN 50 disk valve, a DN 150 vapor escape and an overflow and splash chamber for the backflow.

Needs little space due to the compact design.
The cabinet is made of 1.4301 stainless steel (2.5mm), both side covers are removable.
Two large inspection windows allow the cleansing process to be monitored.
A stainless steel protective grill at the inlet and outlet prevent operating staff from being injured.
The automatic keg conveyor is actuated by an electric motor and pneumatic lifting cylinder.
Errors are displayed in plain text on the OP7 control panel.
The down pressure on keg is by means of a maintenance-free pneumatic cylinder.
The system comes complete with internal pipes and cables.
