Gravity Filler

10 head inline diving head filler built on a U shaped conveyor system with two rotary tables for placing bottles on and accumulation for pack off. Two hand operated semiautomatic screw cap capping devices. Bottling line hardpiped with 1.5 SS pipe all sanitary fittings and valves. Piped to two feed tanks 1500 gallons each and equipped with load cells for proof adjustment and tax determination both feed off of a 6000 gallon stainless storage tank Complete with pumps and valves. Custom built with a stainless steel fume hood to avoid accunulation of ethanol fumes while bottling spirits. Bottling line designed for two person operation at 60 bottles per minute with labeling and neck banding spirits all bottle sizes 375mL to 1.75L $75,000.00
