12.5 HL/HR, FULLY AUTOMATIC FLASH PASTEURIZATION & OXINE SANITIZING SYSTEM

One - Stainless steel skid mounted pasteurization system
comprising a, three section plate heat exchanger with 316 plates and EPDM gaskets.
The heat exchanger machine frame is epoxy coated carbon steel construction
fitted with 1” Tri-clover sanitary clamp connection.

The performance specification is as follows at 12.5 Hl/Hr.:
12.5 Hl/Hr of 2.75 vols. of CO2 product at 1°C by means of 92% regeneration to 71.5°C for 20 seconds hold time with 250 LPM of re-circulating hot water at 75°C falling to 70°C (15P.U.)
To cool the same quantity of product from 71.5°C to 8°C by means of regeneration and further cool to 2°C with 130 LPM of 30% glycol at -2°C rising to 1°C.

The hot water re-circulating system will be a 304 stainless steel vessel housing a steam injector with
temperature control valve,
probe
stainless steel pocket,

½ HP hot water re-circulating pump with
TEFC 220-1-50/60Hz motor,
water isolating valve
water overflow.
The unit will be mounted on the 304 stainless steel frame, pre-assembled and piped.

The main product pump is a 3/4 HP,
TEFC, 220-1-50/60Hz motor,
stacked impeller,
316 stainless steel with mechanical seal,
rated at 8.2 Bar at 75 LPM.

The system control and valving will consist of but not be limited to
¾” manual and automatic valves,
back pressure control valves,
check valve,
PID control,
sanitary dial type pressure gauges and thermometers.
All process pipework will be in ¾” inch,
304 stainless tube and supports,
glass bead,
satin finish.

The pasteurizer NEMA 4 (IP65) control console will be frame mounted and contain
an Allen Bradley MicroLogix PLC
PanelView color touch screen control
all necessary instrumentation, pneumatics, transformers, PSU, alarms and motor starters.

A custom designed and manufactured, stainless steel skid mount flash pasteurization system for beer processing and comprising:

One - Three section (regeneration, heating and cooling),
Plate Heat Exchanger(PHE) 316 plates and EPDM gaskets.
The PHE frame is in epoxy coated carbon steel construction
fitted with Tri-clover sanitary clamp connections.

One - Hot water control set with
G&L water recirculation pump,
product RTD interface control probe via the Chart recorder - PID
I to P converter,
pressure relief
proportional control valve.

One - 3/4" OD spiral wound 304 stainless steel holding tube sized for 20 second hold time at 6 GPM.
Tube fitted with Tri-clover sanitary clamp connections.

One - Control Panelto NEMA4. The panel includes
Allen Bradley PLC
touch screen control panel with set point control for operator interface,
IMI Norgren pneumatic solenoids,
Entrelec terminal blocks
in line control fuse holders.
The control panel will be UL/CUL certified.

One - Motor Starter Panel in fiber glass construction to NEMA4 with
GE starters,
overloads and fuse blocks,
control transformer,
